Start with the company’s current position
Before a registration discussion, collect the entity details, current licence information and any existing tax registrations. Record who is authorised to act for the company and where the accounting records are held. This prevents a registration request from becoming an exercise in reconstructing the business.
Registration is only the beginning
Corporate Tax and VAT require separate consideration. A registration number does not replace record keeping, reviewing transactions or preparing returns. Agree a reporting calendar and clear responsibilities with the person who maintains the books. Check current requirements against the Federal Tax Authority’s official guidance.
The next step
Tell us what you want to achieve, where you plan to operate and what is already in place. We will work through the dependencies before agreeing the next step.
