Write down what needs to be discussed
Start with a private outline of your family circumstances, the assets involved and where they are located. Note whether you already have a will or related arrangements elsewhere. The aim of the first conversation is to identify the questions for a qualified adviser, not to draft binding instructions in a contact form.
Clarify the process before signing
Ask which legal framework and registration route are appropriate to your circumstances, who prepares the document and how it will be reviewed. For the DIFC Courts route, consult the official Wills Service information and its guidance on approved will draftsmen. Do not treat a general template as a substitute for that review.
The next step
Tell us what you want to achieve, where you plan to operate and what is already in place. We will work through the dependencies before agreeing the next step.
